An association from the heart of Herzegovina
Hunting association “Srndać” is based in Trebinje and brings together hunters from the town and the surrounding area. The photographs on this site are real moments of our members — in the mountains, in the woods and together.
In general, a hunting association brings hunters together, promotes compliance with hunting and wildlife regulations, supports habitat care and cooperates with the local community and the competent authorities.

Nature and wildlife
The karst, mountains and forests of eastern Herzegovina
The area around Trebinje is defined by karst plateaus, rocky pastures and oak and pine woodland. Species such as roe deer, wild boar, fox and — on higher rocky ground — chamois live in habitats like these.
Responsible hunting means respecting closed seasons and the breeding period, protecting water sources, keeping the land clean and reporting problems to the competent services.
